After additional covid relief, you now demand 2 months payment! Ridiculous

After covid relief was over, i got additional months relief from Std Bank for my credit card. The email stated that no payment was necessary and they would waiver the payment. In the last week i received two letter of demand emails for making payment of about the last 2 months payment...i'm in shock. Why do you give me relief and then as soon as it ends you demand immediate payment of about 2 months installments!

How does that work? You have just done away with all the good will you gave me, you should not have bothered with the additional assistance if you demand it back on the third month.

Please reply to this complaint via email, you official channels do not work and replying to your email of demand is also a waste of time, even though you state i can contact you.

Urgent reply required. I have made all payments on all my accounts, i am not going to let this mess up my credit report now.
