Adverse listing on Credit Burue

Good day this is with bid bitter disappointment ,to write this letter for the damage STB has caused me I will never ever ever recommend anybody to use their services. This is pathetic<br> On the 24 JAN 2013 I received a conformation letter that my listing will be lifted as the balance was paid up confirm letter reference cn002577.I tried again on 9 May 2013 with a e-mail from Bernadine Wilson confirming in writing the listing will be cleared in 5 business day. On the 25 Feb I draw a credit report and again a negative listing is still reflecting I called in again, had a conversation with Pearl at *** at card division and again absolutely nothing was done again today I draw are report and again nothing has been done. I am on my way to the bank ombudsman and the NCR .I AM TIRED OF THIS USELESS BEHAVIOUR FROM A TOP BANK!!!!
