Advance on Bond still not finalized
Went to the Standard Bank Branch to submit advance on my current bond 27 Sep 2017. Followed up after a week. Followed up on 4 October , was advised that approved however and issue with the rate. Phoned every day since then to be advised that it had been escalated again and again. What is the issue with the interest rate.I have an existing bond with a signed rate and this should not be a problem why is the interest rate an issue. On Friday my husband tried and was advised he would be contacted at 3. This morning same story. again escalated. Due you want to assist me or not? I need final feedback today or I will escalate to the CEO
