Admin Nightmare - Just to get Bond tax certificate
Some request are supposed to be simple. I requested a Bond Tax certificate for 2025 on Monday 20 October 2025, at 12pm, and i mentioned it was urgent. 3 days later , I still am making 15-minute calls 3x a day to follow up on it. VERY EXPENSIVE affair on my side. They keep sending bond tax certificate from 2024. What a nightmare. How hard can this really be?
