Admin House not in order ... Horrible service

Because of their poor admin I found that my insurance policy has been cancelled. First I removed a car from the policy on the 10/07/2015 but my premium was not refunded back or pro rata. Secondly I added another vehicle on my policy on the 7/08/2015 and removed it the following day and instructed them in writing to do so Thato Thabo was the agent I dealt with, but they went on to debit my account. Called the call centre spoke to Shade Simon on the 11/08/2015 and sent an email with supporting documents and promised to come back to me. Sent a follow up email on the 13/08/2015 to date no response. Then I called the call centre today and I'm being told that the policy has been cancelled. Just forwarded my bank statement as proof that my account was debited twice. I'm waiting to hear if am I getting all my money back since I'm not covered. I am so disappointed how this insurance is *****ing over.
