Adds digits to incorrect bank account so monies are transferred into irrecoverable voids

An Absa Account holder did an online transfer - but the account number was 1 digit short, so Stadnard Bank added a 0 to the front of the account number and allowed the nearly R20 000 to be put in to an account that even had a different name - and is now advising that there action was above board and in order to reclaim the monies we must pay the bank charges and wait up to 2 months - another sole proprietor goes under thanks to Standard Bank
