Additional iilegal deduction for insurance

I have received mails from Standard Bank to send proof of the vehicle that I bought in January 2018. Since 2020 the bank requested me to proof again that I insured the vehicle . I could not take the vehicle from the service provider if it was not insured and the bank received the documentation on 18 January 2018. Again I did send the proof on 20 February 2020. I was not sure whether they received the proof and I submitted it 2 more times. Exactly the same was again submitted on 6 June 2020 where I also sent the proof 2 times, after the bank requested it again. Today, I received a letter informing me that I did not submit and Standard Bank will deduct an amount of R1859.63 for insurance. This is unacceptable
