Add ons not cancelled

I first called standard bank in September after my accident to cancel my add ons ,they keep on telling me that it is cancelled but my installment hasn't decreased,I called them again today I spoke to too many people and yet they keep on saying it is not their department Is is a problem for one to cancel add ons why must I carry on paying for things which I won't be able to use useless things .i want those add ons to be cancelled I only want to pay my car installment only ????whats wrong with standard bank ????how do one gets help I don't want those stupid insurance adds on ....cancel them

I am ****ed off with you guys you promised that my add on will be cancelled you cancelled it and because your staff are good with de*****ing people's accounts you now place the add on of 57.20 ,you delay the statement so that one shouldn't see that the add on are reduced to a smaller amount,I want you to refund me all the add on I have been paying I started asking you to cancel them since September and you only promised cancellation on Jan and I was paying 2944.95 from feb but later you changed and placed add on which I never authorized,I Want you to refund me all the 57.50 you have been taking I want it back ,if you do not do that I will be handing it over to my lawyers I will sue you for de*****ing my account .
