Add insurance without permission

Standard bank vehicle and assist are absolutely *********** I'm now being charged double insurance my own and 1 from the bank they have never sent me communication for the documentation Here is the magic tho I bought the vehicle in 4 December 2019 and was sent a request on the 14 September 2019 on a previous vehicle which I didn't send and as standard bank to contact me directly due to high ***** this information was giving to me by Elizabeth from the ODP department so clearly there was nothing send on the current vehicle And there was no policy documents sent to me or a new insurance confirmation so how can they add these things with out informing me well done again for showing how much customers are appreciated
