Accounts to be settled

Good day, I went under medical debt for 4 years. My Standard Bank Personal Loan and over draft was one of the accounts and NEDBANK credit card . After 4 years my accounts were paid up but know they drag there feet to give a letter that the accounts are settled and because of this my name is still very bad at the creditors. If you in fault by them they can quickly take you to lawyers but if they must do something for you they take their time. Every time they take me to different lawyers. So what must I do
