Accounts still not closed after

At the end of last year( 2016). I went to Standard Bank to close a personal loan that i had paid up. I was told that I am linked to a Business (My parents), and thus cannot close any loan until all Business links are removed. I complained as this personal loan was not linked to this business and I was just closing it as it was paid up. I was told to contact my parents and have my name removed. Standard Bank acknowledged that this was a bug in the system and should not happen. My parents removed me from the Business link and my card was blocked. I received and email notification regarding this and I was then able to close my personal loan.

I went to Standard Bank again today to close my Cheque account due to endless issues at Standard Bank. I was now told again, that I am still linked to this business. This is totally unacceptable from Standard Bank. I stay in Pretoria now and my Parents stay in JHB. They have contacted the bank and been told I am removed. But somehow there is a problem and I am still linked.

I just want Standard Bank to sort this out properly. I cannot understand how I can be 'half' linked. I want to be completely removed in every aspect from any account with Standard Bank.
