Accounts Paid Up but still on ITC

<p>I paid up my 2 credit cards (Blue Bin and Master Card) and after numerous follow ups they now reflect as closed. But my concern is that they still appear on ITC and I want them completely removed like any of my other settled accounts which are no longer appearing on ITC. Having sent emails to Welhemina Molefe and Pauline Mpane, I have been ignored to date to further show how much of an irritation i am to Standard Bank. All i ask is to remove them or send me a paid up letter of both accounts and i will gladly sort it out myself.I find it so borring that we communicate with them and they just ignore us as if we are some fools. </p>
