Accounts frozen on payday!!
Just discovered that my account has been frozen for FICA reasons. I have been banking with Standard Bank for 26 years. I literally FICAed 6 months ago. No phone call to warn me that this was going to happen. Just 2 random sms reminders that I had to FICA again. I am appalled!! Definitely time to switch! Don't bother phoning me unless you are prepared to immediately unfreeze my accounts.
