Accounts Debited after 3 Weeks!!!

I paid an excess of 7000 on the 25th of October from my credit card to Renewit. I received confirmation of the money leaving my account immediately. I checked my balance for a couple of days after that and I had a balance of R148 left. On the 7th of November, I discovered that I had 7000 in my credit card which I thought was from the insurance returning the excess. However, on the 11th of November, 7000 was credited from my credit card account. I investigated to find that it had been paid to Renewit!. How can a transaction that has gone out on the 25th of October go put again on the 11th of November. Now I got a message from standard bank showing that my credit card has been cancelled due to overuse. No I have to make payment arrangements because the bank messed up! I am very upset.
