Accounts CLOSED yet on ITU

I've paid-up and closed 3 Standard Bank credit cards. Yet they all still appear as OPEN/ACTIVE and have an installment due and balance due. Yet in fact, they are all CLOSED now and have been for months. I've been trying to get them to update Transunion and Compuscan now for MONTHS and MONTHS and I'm getting nowhere.

Please - can these 3 credit card accounts be marked as CLOSED/PAID-UP with NO balance due and NO installment due.
