Accounts Blocked for FICA Reasons

Hi,<br> <br> I moved to Ethiopia in August last year, and I've been using Standard Bank's Non Residency Centre. My most recent issue is that all my cards have been blocked for over a week now. I was not notified beforehand, my first knowledge of what happened was when my online subscriptions started failing.<br> I to the Non Residency centre, I was informed that my account was frozen for FICA. However, I do have the needed documents on file. They unfreeze my account. However the cards were still not working. After innumerable calls, I finally get put through to the FICA department on Wednesday the 25th of March. They say they can't see my documents on file. I call the Non Residency centre. They can see my documents on file. I call FICA dept again they are finally able to see the docs and agree to unblock the account. However the next day, the cards are not working anymore. I call again, same process, cards get unblocked, work for a few hours and then are blocked again.<br> Third time calling. The consultant says he can't see my documents on file, so he can't unblock the account. I call the Non Residency centre. No one is answering their phones, no response after multiple calls.<br>
