ACCOUNT WRITTEN OFF

I am in the process of getting a new job, however a a credit check came back that 22500 was written-off up by SB on my account.This is incorrect and is creating an issue.My account is always in good standing.All i required was a letter to state the the account was not written-off .The call centre is unable to provide this.They did confirm that may account is up to date.This is very embarrassing, I even paid up my account.I will move my accounts elsewhere as this error is tarnishing my reputation.I would appreciate someone getting back to me urgently to assist-if I loose this job because of this I will take this further.Please assist<br> <br> Your call centre service is shocking, they are very confused a sends one from pillar to post....very dissapopointing
