account withdrawal while you are asleep

I have been banking with standard bank for more than 10years, last night or rather this morning at around 2am a withdrawal went off my acc only saw it this morning when I woke up. Now I called their ***** call centre and told me they will investige and their investigaters only work only from monday till fri. What makes me mad is I was supposed to pay my childs fees today and I will no be able to go to work on monday because I have to wait for them to investigate 1st. So dissapointed with them with such a poor servive after banking with them for so many year as a result I am changing banks now. Its they care abt their customers and their situautions. Its amazing how many years I've banking and recommending their servises and products to my friends and family. Now I am then one left in the dark without help from my \trusted bank"."""
