Account suspended without notice!

Not sure why I keep on doing this to myself! Tried to use my account but could not. Tried for two days thinking internet and cellphone banking was having issues. Decided to call Standard Bank and after being on hold for a while, got informed my account has been suspended due to me not producing documents for fica which they apparently sent to me. Still cannot find that communication. After expressing my unhappiness, I informed the agent that I will be leaving the bank and moving my money over to FNB as this is unacceptable. her response was, \You are most certainly welcome". """
