Account stoped working with no warning
Hallo<br> <br> MY credit card account is not available although I took the FICA documents to the branch 2 weeks ago.<br> I can not buy any airline tickets or hire a car for a meeting - what an embarrassment. <br> <br> The branch refers me to the card division and the card division refers me to the branch - no joy after 5 emails, 6 calls and 2 SMS's<br> <br> Horrible experience
