Account settled yet still open?
Hi,
I received a letter from an email from Credit Consultant, MacRobert Incorporated Attorneys | Reg No: *** to say the if I pay the outstanding account I quality for a discount - I paid the amounts of my account that I was offered on AR142945 and AR141349. Yet I still owe Standard Bank now R9000,00 because the discount has never reflected, how can this be?
