ACCOUNT SETTLED, PAYMENT TAKEN OFF 4 YEARS LATER!

With reference to my credit card account that I previously held and settled in 2011 at Standard Bank:<br> <br> - All amounts owing to Standard Bank were settled in full in 2011 and written confirmation received from Standard Bank confirming as such on the 24th November 2011 at 12:32 stating as such. I still have a copy of this email.<br> <br> - Four years later, I have R 2600,40 taken off my account on the 29 July against the credit card number that was settled in 2011. I did not consent to this amount being taken off my account!<br> <br> Please can someone urgently advise what the reason is for this amount being deducted off my account and transferred into a credit card that I settled in 2011 - FOUR years ago! I settled all amounts owing to Standard Bank in 2011! Standard Bank havealways had my correct details and I have not once been contacted by anyone from Standard Bank!<br> <br> This matter needs to be urgently resolved!<br> <br>
