Account settled on 1 September 2014 - NOT RESOLVED

I complained about this on Hello Peter about 3 weeks ago and it has still not been resolved. My account was settled on 1 September 2014, more than 5 months ago! Keep getting promised that I will be helped and after more than 5 months NOTHING. Got another SMS this morning stating that my account was again handed over to another company.
