Account Settled but accumulating interests
I had a personal loan account with Standard bank and it was handed over to DAly Attorneys they however negotiated a settlement amount with bank. I settled the account on the 3rd of November 2014 and Daly attorneys sent me a paid up letter. Now I received a letter 8 months later from the bank dated June 2015 that I still owe the bank.
