Account paid up, still debiting

I have a student loan, or should I rather say HAD a student loan with Std Bank.<br> <br> My account had R300.00 left to be paid on my student loan, only to wake up this morning with the FULL amount going off... This made my one account go into arrears as it was only suppose to take the R300.00<br> <br> When I phoned the Bank they say the onus is on me to go in to the bank to cancel my account, and only then will I be refunded the rest... What absolute ballocks!!! This is just the way banks don't care at all!! Never a late payment from my side, but after 4 years when I am finally done paying they pull this stunt.<br> <br> I do not have time to go into a Bank to close the account and ask back MY money. It is 2015!!!<br> <br> <br> <br>
