Account paid up- balance still reflects on bureau profile
I had a personal loan which was paid up in Jan 2016( no paid up letter given) and the balance of R7559 still reflects not paid up.I went to complain at Standard bank Promenade Mall and was promised that on the 16/08/2016 with ref nr: ********** 866 it will resolved,to my surprise it's over a year now no outcome has been communicated to me.This has a bad impact on my credit score.Such a big institution cannot update their customer's records on time even after been given a chance by complaining at one of their branches,how can they be trusted?
