Account paid in full and still debiting my account

I took a revolving loan with STD Bank in 2012, and i took additional loan, and i have never took loan or withdraw from that loan again, I've been paying the loan for 10 years and my balance was still high, so I've decided to took a loan with interest free from my employer to settle the loan in July, but up until today they are still debiting from my account, i call the bank to close the account after settlement and I was asked to send an email of which i did, but they are still deducting from my account, It is very fustrating and so uproffesional and I believe that i have paid that loan long before but STD Bank is w*********** the poor.
