ACCOUNT PAID IN FULL

Hi<br> I am once AGAIN disgusted by STD BANK, I paid off my credit card on the 25th of August and till now the acc and itc has not yet been closed!!!. The service from both Macrobert and STD is beyond shocking!!!!!. the last time STD BANK never even bother to respond to my complain I wonder if this time will be different!!!!
