Account opened 6 months ago, suddenly FICA locked

Pay day something that we as South Africans anticipate, so imagine my shock when I try to transact this morning, and I get an error message to contact the branch. The account was opened less than a year ago, and today all of a sudden it is FICA locked. ***, I am at the office where am I gonna find a document to take to the branch now? I have things to do, and with anticipating pay day- where am I expected to find money to get home? I came with enough to get me to the office.
