Account on areas

I have a problem with STD bank vehicle and asset finance,i have an account with them and i had a problem for eight month which lead me for not paying my account now i'm trying to communicate with them that i want to pay all the areas on my name but they refuse to help me. They told me that my account is with their lawyers, so i even tried to contact their lawyer to make arrangement on how to pay but they told me that they already took the matter to court but i was not contacted for that eight or even been brief that my account is taken to court. A lady by the name of Nicolette at the lawyers ask me to send her an email requesting on my outstanding areas, i did as she told me on monday and today i called her if she received my email she told me yes but i need to pay all the outstanding balance of the vehicle, and i don't have the hole balance i only have the outstanding areas and i'm willing to continue with my every month instalment.
