Account on a massive minus

On the 22 sept 2026 i made various purchaces on vouchers it went through on my bank nd i used it because there was money on my account then on the 25 september 2026 the purchases only picked up on my transaction lost and then all that purchases made a minus of R700 which is not on i had to pay for there mistakes and i want my money back. I will provide screenshots.
