Account not Credited

I deposited money into an ATM in Midrand on the 19th of July 2015 , my money was swallowed by the ATM and I logged a call on the 20th of July 2015. I was told that my account will be credited on the 28th of July 2015.<br> <br> I am receiving no feedback I keep calling and am being told someone will call me back the SLA is way passed.<br> <br> Please assist
