Account not closed

On the 4th February I paid off my Personal loan with Standard Bank. Now this account is settled almost two years before it's contractual time. I phoned the customer service and spoke to a lady and got a final settlement amount. I paid the full amount immediately. End of February no debit orders went through as I assumed the account is paid up. This month the debit order went through at the normal monthly repayment amount. I did immediately disputed this transaction with my bank. Later I phoned the call centre again, holding and talking for 29 minutes and 32 seconds I hung up. I was called back by the agent Brian who gave me his email address and said I should just go into the branch and Standard Bank will cancel and write off the eighty something rand (for insurance and monthly fee) because they Standard Bank did not close the account. Now why should I go into a branch, cancel everything and ask the consultant to email Brain to get "authorization" to cancel, write off and close the account if I settled it almost two months ago? Standard Bank is now messing with my name and credit record. I do not appreciate the way you do business. I want the account closed and proof that it is closed.
