Account locked for 7 years

Standard Bank have locked my account for the last 7 years! I have been sent from person to person and no one will help me or tell me why it is locked. I have been trying to get it unlocked, or get some information from them as to why they locked it for 7 years and I still have gotten nowhere. They are useless. I am now probably going to have to spend money i don't have on getting a lawyer to help me deal with them as they do not care about their clients at all. I have never dealt with any company worse than Standard Bank.
