Account has problems

I think I need to close this account and try other banks . Standard Bank is really annoying me , last month I had problems using my app this month again there is issues . I am expecting a payment and the person transferring the funds is getting errors . Can this please be sorted and your call centre is not effective one holds for long. I called Nedbank call centre and they answered in seconds .
