Account Handed Over

My credit card was overdue and handed over to the Norton Attorneys.

I contacted Norton Attorneys as soon as I got the message that it was handed over to them and made payment arrangements, which I have committed to paying timeously.

Then all of a sudden Standard Bank goes and automatically deducts an amount of over R 1 500.00 from my account & transfers into the credit card, this is the 2nd time this has happened.

I phone Standard Bank to refund me my money as I have an agreement already but no refund will be done as these monies are due payable and my account is overdue.

Now I want to know, how can they authorize themselves to just go & deduct monies when there is already an agreement in place with the attorneys to be able to pay this account in full with a small fee that can only be afforded...?

Because of this my medical aid hasn't been able to go through for 2 months & now they are cancelling my membership!!!

I need my medical aid as i HAVE A BABY to provide for.

Because of this I actually am inclined to decide to take my account somewhere else & no longer do any sort of business with Standard Bank as I have a cheque acc, credit card & revolving credit plan...
