Account handed-over

In short, my Business account is closed and there are and overdraft, loan and credit card that needs to be paid, I have informed my bank (Menlyn Branch) which handed over the account to Business Credit / assist. we did receive a mail from Kutlwano (a few weeks after a telephone call), with a proposed restructure of the debt, meaning SB will assist with a Advance Loan account, incorporates all debt into one, that is payable over a period of time, All well as I accepted the offer, and both parties agreed on a commencement date of 1 Nov 2015, but is still waiting for the Sanction from SB (now 15 days later). On 13 October I received a phone call from an attorney saying the SB account was handed-over to them for collection!! I explained to them the agreement with SB and referred them back to SB, another call received from the attorney TODAY!! WHAT THE.?I have send another mail to all parties involved asking for URGENT ATTENTION! This is not my first encounter with SB in regards to VERY POOR SERVICE!!! My credit rating / score is now reflection as a \bad/poor payer"due to SB *********** employees not doing their jobs that we the clients provides for in all the banking costs we pay!!"""
