Account Frozen for almost a year now

Why is my account still blocked,up to today my account is still blocked i submitted everything long time ago ,I won't do it again, and still up to today I haven't heard once from ***** department or even from your ***** investigators, just unfreeze my account or just release my funds in my account as standard Bank have no right to keep my funds which I have in my account. I am sick and tired of this waiting. I want this fixed ASAP
