Account frozen due to communication failure

When I changed my name to my married name, I submitted paperwork and fica docs to Standard Bank in the Cresta Branch.
When I joined prestige banking two months ago, I submitted all fica documentation again.
A month after waiting for new cards, and having current cards stop working, I was informed that the person who assisted me never ordered new cards.
I can only assume the fica documentation was not submitted either, but was never informed otherwise.
On Thursday I received an sms to fica my account. I immediately emailed all documentation.
On Saturday my accounts were frozen (realised in the afternoon while trying to pay for medication).
The call centre said there was a note on the system to say the documentation was unclear and that I should have received an sms but she could see I didn't. There was nothing she could do to assist, so I would have to wait until Monday and go into a branch.
I am unable to leave my office to get to a branch during the day, and am left with frozen accounts after I went out of my way to ensure that Standard Bank had all the documentation needed when I changed accounts 2 months ago. What am I supposed to do no?
