Account frozen after all documents was submitted

I Received a notification on the 19th of January that my account is frozen because my account is no longer FICA complaint. I took all the documents to the cachet branch on the 21st of January and i was told by the lady it will take 24 hours to be processed. This morning at 11h00 when i tried to use my card to purchase groceries it said declined (this caused me great embarrassment) . I went to the Branch in the Mooirivier mall where I was informed the documents was never processed.
