Account Frozen

On 25 June 2015 I got paid my salary, I went to the garage and filled up my vehicle only to find out my account is frozen. I phoned the bank and they said that my bank account is under fica and I need to take in my ID and Proof of address.. I went to East Rand Mall branch and they took my documents and assured me that my account will be fine the Tuesday. Tuesday my account was still blocked. I phoned standard bank and they told me that they have got a IT problem and they will resolve it. Today is Thursday 2 July 2015 and my account is still blocked, I can't pay rent, I can't buy food or put in fuel unless I go into the branch and draw cash and who is willing to take that risk of drawing large amounts of money because your bank is keeping your money away from you ?? What is happening with the debit orders that cant get paid now ? Is this going on my credit record ? I need this resolved asap!!! This is unacceptable
