I currently bank with Standard Bank Private Banking and I had R 17000 ****** out of my cheque account on the 27th May 2018 ( 16:00 pm) I called the private banking call center and I was very angry regarding what happened. The call center agent, attended to me and was not rude back at me during our call. The blocked my card immediately and suspended all transactions. The matter was escalated to the ***** department during my call. On Monday the 28th May, I contacted my banker who also got a heat from me as an angry customer but he understood may pain. The assisted me with a temporal overdraft facility for my debit orders to go off. I received a call from the ***** department on Monday after the incident pertaining to my case. On Tuesday the 30th May 2018. I received another call from the ***** department who provided feedback regarding my case and advised that it was indeed ***** and my funds will be returned back to may account. I am pleased with the service received from the bank. I am a happy customer..
