Account extended by three months

I have been writing thinking my complaint will be resolved instead they are debiting on my account the instalments every month as if, I have agreed with them. Since June and they have been debit without me agreeing, how does the systems work at STD Bank Finance, ever since I am been asking for help but it seems they are right and I am wrong. They have a right to take my money? There is Petersen who responded but instead he has send statements from June and that is out of question, since I bought the car 2013 they have never send through anything regarding the one month arrears, now that my account was suppose to be paid put instead they are taking my money. This is just a comment because this plateful has not helped me with anything only that they are busy have acknowledged that all.
