Account documents sent on time and good attitude

Shantelle was very instrumental in helping with opening a business account. She asked questions that helped me think about the future-such as insurance, wills etc. I'm sure every business banker is trained to do it. But what set her apart for me was her attitude. It was very welcoming and positive and showed me products that the bank offers and gave me time to think about them without coming across forceful.<br> <br> After 30min of security questions and paperwork I told her I have a commitment to attend to shortly-and she literally did everything two times faster and later emailed me all the documents I had asked for few minutes before the bank closed.<br> <br> I was impressed!<br> <br> We definitely need more like her.
