Account debited even though I had a stop order

I owned a house, sold it and had a shortfall, I have a stop order at Capitec that I arranged to send money through to Std bank every month, on the 30-06-2015, the stop order for R1300 went through to STD bank (received noticiation), then STD deducted R1300 off my savings account on the same day, I have called and sent from pillar to post, everytime I get through to homeloans they put me through to a supposedly division which works with that, but no one seems to be able to reverse my money. Nomthandazo at insovent / deceased estates is the worst consultant ever, rude and not willing to help at all. I have been told Luciano Naidoo works with this account, and given ***, rings alone, no one picks up that line. Only Candy and Lindiwe have really gone out of their way to be of assistance. This is unacceptable, I have spoken to Denis and whole lot of other people. Please your staff must be able to put someone to the relevant division and your service really sucks. I'm just waiting to take a day off work and move my accounts
