Account Clousure

<p>I have a home loan with Standard bank and apparantly they opened a account at the same time that i never wanted , i am constantly receiving statements for this account and they are deducting service fees ect from this account that i do not even have a card for "They are charging me for a service that i did not askd for or use or even have the means to use it , in february i went to standard bank in Key west to resolve this and they told me that they will investigate and close the account but they are still sending statements ..... Maybe i could resolve this through the banking Ombudsman because it seems that Standartbank is unable to resolve this issue</p>
