Account Closure Taking Forever
I settled my account 3 weeks ago and they are still keeping it open indefinetely despite several attempts and calls requesting that this account be closed as i have paid the settlement amount as per the settlement quote. Standard Bank will make you hold for 30 minutes and than the ill trained consultants will drop the phone intentionally.
