Account closure
Standard bank is the worst! I've been trying to close my current account for 2 months now without any success & every month I get a billing for this account that is no longer being used, which is absolutely ridiculous & this is actually the reason why I changed banks. You pay so much monthly service fees only to get such disappointing service!
