ACCOUNT CLOSURE

Good day,<br> <br> i have an current account with standard bank and now i want to close it and cancell it, seems it is a problem, std bank is not able to assist me. i went to the branch on the 25 February 2016 in Hartbee****rtdam, and the consultant failed to assist me and said she will get back to me on the 26 February to confirm that the account is closed, now i phoned STD BANK customer care since i never heared anything from the Hartbee****rt branch, customer care still fails to assist me exxpect me to hang on the phone till the next agent is available, the do not have the direct number for the branch they can only transfer me. i went to the office in time to close my account, now they will be charging me with their fees, what cant of bank does that. i regret ever open an account with STandard bank.
