Account Closure
We have settled our debt last year and in Jan 2016, received PAID UP LETTERS & a Clearance Letter from our Debt Review Company, but still am getting calls from your Bank saying we owe money. I have sent through a complaint with all info and relevant doc's to [Email Removed] on Friday, 19 Feb 2016 at `11h49, however no response as yet, not even a reference number. Should I not receive a favorable response to my email today, my next step will be the Ombudsman. I have had it with Standard Bank.
